Participants in a Health and Wellness Program were struggling to reach health goals. After creating and conducting a Google survey with a sample of the participants, I was able identify areas of weakness including vague, unspecific goals and setting unrealistic expectations of achievement.
Solution
Solution
I designed and developed this self-paced eLearning course to guide learners through the principles of SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-based) goal writing and provide practice applying these guidelines in a scenario-based quiz.
