I have been in Learning and Development for 12 years and love creating meaningful and engaging experiences for all learners. I am passionate about helping learners reach their goals as well as collaborating with others to problem-solve, share our strengths, and work towards a common objective. Not only do I enjoy facilitating, I LOVE learning and growing in all aspects of my life! Whether it's a new technology, learning about the people and culture, new methods for cooking, DIY projects, or how to lead a healthy, active lifestyle, I am constantly learning something new to grow in my professional and personal life. 

When I am not designing, delivering, and implementing creative learning experiences, I enjoy traveling to new places, running, exploring culture through art and music, and spending time in nature. I have been fortunate to visit many countries and even spent a year living and teaching in Vietnam!
